The rates presented are per room.
What are the payment methods for reservations made through our website?
Credit cards and cash are the payment methods for reservations made through our website.
Is the city tax charged?
Tourist tax is a council tax and at the moment, the tourist tax does not apply – it may however change in the future.
By what age children do not pay?
Children do not pay until 4 years old.
Is a credit card needed to make a reservation?
Not all reservations demand credit card to be done. Please contact the reception for more information.
What are the available payment methods?
The available payment methods are: Cash, credit card or bank transfer.
Can I pay with my company’s credit card?
Yes, it is possible to pay with a company’s credit card.
Is it possible to request a bill in my company’s name?
Yes, it is possible to request a bill in a company’s name.
What is included in the booking price?
Accommodation and breakfast in the base rate – please check the other rates for additional features.
Do I have to pay tax on the rates shown?
All taxes are included in the prices shown.
Is breakfast included in the price?
Yes, in all rates.
If I book by credit card, when is the amount withdrawn?
It depends on the rate – if it is non-refundable, at the time of booking, if it is refundable you can cancel up to a few days before.
Can I pay at the hotel with a different card than the one I booked with?
If your rate allows payment at check-in, yes.
Can I benefit from an online rate by booking directly with the reservations department?
It depends on the rate. Some rates can only be paid online.
I have not received my receipt, what should I do?
Contact the hotel reception – frontdesk.caparica@trypportugal.com with the date of stay, name and invoice details.
