Full Board includes a lunch AND a dinner per day, apart from the accommodation and breakfast that is included in all rates. Half board adds a lunch OR a dinner per day to the base rate.

A baby crib is free of charge but dependent on availability and na extra bed has na additional cost of 25€ per day.

Not without cancelling the reservation and booking at the other hotel. Note that if the rate that was booked in the first hotel is non-refundable, you will still be charged for it, even if you cancel.
